Job description

The nature of the work is focused on defining tools and processes to support overall organizational excellence in program/project management and process definition. You will accomplish this by focusing on three areas - Transition Management, Training and Awareness Building, and Communication. As a Junior Communications and Transition Manager you will be leading the internal communications for the Tech Ops EMEA team and supporting our Senior Transition Manager and Engagement Consultant with engagement activities and end to end transition for projects. 
Your tasks will include:
• Creating the monthly newsletter for Tech Ops EMEA 
• Developing and maintaining the Tech Ops EMEA communications channels 
• Creating presentations, graphics, videos, communications for management and Tech Ops teams 
• Ensuring alignment with Global Tech Ops communications for execution strategy EMEA

Requirements

• Native level English (spoken and written) 
• At least 2 years specific experience working with Change & Transition Management theory and methodologies.
• Knowledge and experience with Graphic Design/Web Design
• Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Project management and training experience are a plus
• Strong verbal and written communications
• Ability to design and mock up newsletters, storyboards, and communications plans 
• Design in Adobe, Photoshop, InDesign, and video scripting and editing skills 
• Able to translate complex technical jargon into everyday language
• Strong Storyteller

Working conditions

We offer a competitive salary depending on experience. This concerns a temporary position for 6 months.
